BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE - Jigsawpuzzle.co.uk are NOT a British company but they go out of their way to imply that they are. I hope no one ever has the need to return an item as you will be told it must be returned to Germany, (some have been told their French operation) and thus the return costs make it TOTALY prohibitive. The ploy of using a UK web address can only be described as an attempt to deceive potential buyers and if you look further they appear to do the same in other countries in order to lure people into buying from them. AN UTTER DISGRACE AND BEING PURSUED THROUGH GERMAN GOVERNMENT AGNCIES.

Happy with every single aspect of my purchase. 10/10
I'm so glad I ordered my puzzles before reading the bad reviews here. My experience was 10/10.
I bought two custom (photo) puzzles and the order was prepared and shipped in two days. All timings were clearly communicated so I knew it wouldn't be a quick delivery from within the UK, however the order arrived even earlier than what I was hoping for and in perfect time for Christmas.
The website was easy to use when uploading and previewing your photo, which is a great bonus. The selection of boxes was excellent and the prices were the best I found.
I was a bit nervous about the quality of the puzzles but to my pleasant surprise, it is fantastic. The cardboard is sturdy, the pieces are well cut and fit neatly. The only thing which could have been better are the colours, but I am sure this is due to the quality of my picture, not the printing.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend JigsawPuzzle.co.uk to all avid puzzlers and people looking for a nice gift. I will definitely be returning for more!

I ordered 2 jigsaws and a matt thinking…
I ordered 2 jigsaws and a matt thinking they were based in the Uk they have the domain name and UK flag on there site. I recieved an email telling me my order was shipped to Royal Mail at 8.09am Monday 19th Decemeber 2022.
It is now thursday 22nd and the tracking has not even updated at all, their website has no info at all about your item either. The email doesn't give you a estimated time of delivery either, the delivery charge even makes it feel your odering from a Uk based company.
I don't if I will even get the items I've ordered but luckily I ordered through Paypal so I should be covered. Avoid at all costs

Absolute scam - DO NOT USE
Placed an order yesterday, but then received an e-mail to say the payment hadn't gone through. Like a complete fool, I put the payment through again, but then got the same message. Smelling a rat, I checked my internet banking and both payments have gone out. Do not use under any circumstances.
Great company, lots of choice.
Interesting that there are quite a few bad reviews, I've bought over £150s worth of jigsaws from them and yes you do have to wait a week or so for them but I've never had a problem. They have a great selection often at, what seems, a very cheap price.
Since I only have one of the last batch I bought left to do I'm about to buy some more from them. I hope I won't be disappointed this time!
waste of time
ordered over £60 of puzzles in Sept and were never delivered, raised a claim with them, 24 emails later and five months finally got my refund. Customer service is a complete waste of time.Its all ok as long as things go well but if they go pear shaped you can wave goodbye to your money unless you are vey patient and very persistent . I don't need that sort of stress would not use again

Misleading Advertising
A company that is intentionally using misleading advertising. Very easy to believe this is a UK company when you see the advertising and prices. They do not advertise their delivery prices and you have to wait until you’ve placed an order before you find this out.
Then you realise their not delivering from the uk.
The prices are not unreasonable considering postage costs etc, but why mislead customers ?
Pretend to be from the UK but are not
These people pretend to be from the UK using a .co.uk domain issue and have union jack symbols on their site. I ordered a jigsaw puzzle from them which they then cancelled and claimed that Brexit had prevented them from delivering it! What? Apparently, the puzzles are in France and not in the UK at all. Avoid this company.

very disappointed
Likewise, I wish I'd read here first. I ordered a bit close to Christmas admittedly. But I never received any emails telling me what was happening. After sending them several messages through the issue tracker I received the following "the order had to be cancelled due to the new Covid developments and all the uncertainty around Brexit". I have requested they shut down their UK website as it gives a false impression that they are either/both in the UK or willing to deal with us.
Thought the worst as i always do!
I made my order of one jigsaw puzzle on 27/11/2020. After buying the puzzle, i decided to look at the reviews and to my frustration, seemed really bad!! I then received an email the next day telling me my order had been sent out and expect it around 9/12/2020. To be honest, there is a possibility of delays to people orders because of the pandemic/being in a different country. But what has surprised me is it arrived today, the day it said in my email! It is a gift though so i cannot open it and check but it is fully sealed.

What a terrible and doubtful service
What a terrible and doubtful service!
Made my purchase on the 19th of November, which took a while to be processed but not to big of a deal.
On the 26th November they sent me an email the product was now complete and ready for shipment and even gave me a tracking number. Today is the 4th of December and the item still hasn't been dispatched.
Plus they act and sell as they were based in the UK but these are french or German retailers...
Please learn from my mistake and think twice before putting your money in such a company.

I felt something wasn't right about this website but ordered something anyway. Always follow your instincts. Almost immediately afterwards there was a security alert on my credit card.
I have no idea if my puzzles will arrive as I seem to have a receipt from France although ordered from a UK store. More murky water. I will report back as this evolves.... Currently 3 stars for the benefit of the doubt.

Ordered a photo jigsaw for my elderly…
Ordered a photo jigsaw for my elderly father- it arrived and about 50% of the pieces were missing- emailed the company who said to take a photo of the completed jigsaw and they would send out the missing pieces . This was of course really difficult with so many missing. My father did what he could and we sent them the photos and we had a reply saying they would send the pieces - no apology- and guess what- I’ve not received the extra pieces yet.! Cost over £30 with all the extras and a lot of upset for my dad and no completed puzzle.!!!

Sent a puzzle to a lady who has just lost her teenage grandson. Timing was everything so I paid extra for delivery within eight days. It is now four days late and still not arrived. Customer service blamed covid and are refusing to do anything about it. They should not be charging extra if they can not keep their promises. AVOID!
